Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine garlic, red pepper, sesame oil, sugar, soy sauce and lemon juice.
  • Add mint leaves, cilantro and chicken and toss to combine. Keep it aside for at least 5 minutes.
  • Spoon out 2 ½ tbsp of chicken mixture and place it at the center of each lettuce leaf.
  • Repeat the process for the remaining chicken mixture and lettuce leaves.
  • Serve immediately.
