Instructions

  • Rub salt and pepper in the chicken.
  • Spray some olive oil in a wok and saute chicken by stirring occasionally for about 5-6 minutes.
  • When the chicken gets the golden brown color, remove from the heat and transfer it to a bowl.
  • Spray some more oil in the wok and saute onion till they get translucent, add bell pepper and cook until tender.
  • Add garlic and cook for some 1-2 minutes.
  • Now add vinegar to the cooked onion and bell pepper, mix well.
  • Add the chicken and give a nice stir so the chicken glazed well with onion and vinegar.
  • Place the lid on the wok and cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat or until chicken is done.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning.
