Instructions

  • In a big bowl combine, protein powder, flour, baking powder- mix well.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together egg white, sweetener and Greek yogurt.
  • Add the egg mixture to the flour and combine until incorporated.
  • Add chopped strawberries to the better in the last and stir to combine.
  • Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and spray some olive oil to it.
  • Pour a tablespoon of batter to the pan and let it cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • When the bubble form and better is brown from the bottom, flip it to cook from the other side.
  • When golden brown from both sides, remove from the heat to a plate and serve.
