Instructions

  • Mix together the egg whites, unsweetened almond milk, walden farms caramel sauce, and stevia packet. Soak 2 pieces bread in the egg whites for 2-3 minutes per side. Cook in a sprayed pan over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side, or until th egg whites are cooked.
  • I topped mine with a lemon pudding cream, chocolate brownie quest bar pieces, raw buckwheat groats, and coco bananas peanut butter by PB Crave.
  • Also fun to do - cook in a waffle maker (like I did) instead of a pan!
