Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the pancake mix, salt, red pepper and ham.
  • In another bowl, mix the milk, chopped dill, oil, egg and cheese. Add this mixture to the pancake mixture and keep it aside according to the directions given in pancake-label.
  • Lightly coat a pan with a little oil and heat it over medium heat. Pour about 1/3 cup of pancake batter onto the pan. Turn it over when bubbles start appearing on the surface or when the edges become firm.
  • Cook the other side for a few more minutes.
  • Repeat the above steps for the remaining batter.
  • Serve hot.
