Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degree F and prepare a greased baking sheet.
  • Season the chopped onions and mushrooms with salt, pepper and red wine vinegar.
  • Spread pizza sauce on the pizza base and top it with seasoned mushroom and onions. (Spread a thick layer of mushrooms around the edge of the pizza base to make a well in the center.)
  • Place the pizza base on baking sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes. Rotate the baking sheet in between for even cooking.
  • Remove from the oven and crack eggs in the center of the pizza and carefully return to the oven. Bake again for 5-7 minutes or until egg sets.
  • enjoy hot egg & mushroom pizza with tomato sauce.
