Instructions
- Prepare the macaroni as per the package instructions.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degree Fahrenheit.
- Place a non stick pan over medium-low heat. Add the butter and cook until melted.
- Add flour, stir and cook for 1 minute, Stir in the milk and cook until thick.
- Add cheese, Dijon mustard and continue to cook until cheese is melted.
- Place cooked macaroni in a greased baking dish. Pour the cheese sauce and mix with macaroni.
- Also add egg white and mix with macaroni, Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle some bread crumbs over it and bake for 30 – 40 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
- Egg white and cheese macaroni is ready to serve.
