Instructions

  • To prepare grits, mix grits, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder and cheddar cheese.
  • To prepare eggs, heat a pan that is lightly coated with cooking spray.
  • Break eggs into the pan. Cover it and cook until the whites are set.
  • Add half portion of ice cubes into the pan and continue to cook until eggs are cooked.
  • Remove the eggs from the pan. Repeat the process with the remaining ice portions and eggs.
  • Serve eggs over grits. Garnish it with little chives and black pepper.
