Instructions

  • Take a few buns and remove the fluffy central portion from them so that they can sit comfortably on the burgers. Keep them aside.
  • Now combine sirloin, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and form 12 patties of 2 inches thickness.
  • Place a pan that is lightly coated with oil over the medium flame. Now place burgers over the pan and cook evenly on both sides and top them with little cheese. Continue heating the buns for a couple of minutes or until the cheese has melted completely.
  • Then grill the buns on their cut portion for 1-2 minutes.
  • Now place the burgers and pickles between buns and serve immediately.
