Instructions
- In a large pot, mix ham, eggs, salt, pepper, egg whites and cheese.
- Heat a large pan coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Add onion, asparagus and bell pepper and saute for a few minutes.
- Add egg mixture. Reduce the heat to medium. Cover the mixture and continue to cook for a few more minutes.
