Instructions

  • Mash the chickpeas; add chopped spinach, red chili powder, bread crumbs and salt.
  • Mix and mash all the ingredients evenly.
  • If the mixture is too wet use more bread crumbs to combine the mixture.
  • Divide the mixture into equal portion and make round patties.
  • Heat a non stick pan on medium heat, spray some olive oil and fry the patties until golden brown.
  • Flip the patties and cook from the other side as well.
  • Once done, remove from the heat and serve with salad and sauce.
