Instructions

  • Prepare the fettuccine noodles as per the package instructions.
  • Season the fish with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a nonstick pan and spray some olive oil, add fish to hot pan and cook over low heat.
  • Flip the fish after 4-5 minutes and cook from the other side as well.
  • When the fish cooked from the both side, remove from the heat and keep aside.
  • Now add spinach, bell pepper, olive to the pan and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • When the vegetables become tender add cooked noodles to the pan.
  • Add balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, toss the noodles well.
  • Tear the salmon into small pieces and mix with noodles.
  • Serve the noodles hot.
