Instructions

  • Mix 1/2 cup raw old fashioned oats, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein, 1/2 scoop CocoCardio (1/2 TBSP), 1 egg white, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 2 stevia packets in a bowl. Pour into an oven-safe dish thats been sprayed with a nonstick spray. Bake at 375F for 26-28 minutes.
  • Make a "cheesecake" icing by mixing 2 TBSP plain Greek yogurt, 1 TBSP vanilla whey protein, 1/2 TBSP coconut flour, 1.5 TBSP unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 stevia packet. Pour on top of your oats once baked.
  • I also added on some chopped up double chocolate chunk quest bars and some raw cacao nibs.
