Instructions

  • Use medium flame to preheat the grill.
  • Take a large pan containing water and cook some beans in it. Now drain out the water and cool the beans using cold running water.
  • Take a small bowl. Add pepper, salt, shallots, oil, mustard and vinegar. Stir them well and keep them aside.
  • Sprinkle little olive oil on either side of the fillet. Then sprinkle little pepper and salt over the fillet. Now grill the flesh side of the fillet for a few minutes. Flip the fillet and grill the other side for a few more minutes.
  • Take 4 bowls and add little greens in each of them. Now top each of the bowls using beans, slices, egg and onion. Now add salmon and do the dressing. Serve immediately.
