Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degree F and grease a baking dish with non stick oil.
  • Whisk together egg, ginger and milk in a medium bowl.
  • Mix protein powder, flour, baking powder and pecan nuts together and combine to egg mixture until incorporated.
  • Stir in chopped sausages and transfer the mixture to the baking dish.
  • Bake for 30 -35 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Serve with honey or maple syrup.
