Instructions

  • Add eggs, salt, cilantro, ground black pepper and low-fat milk into a bowl and combine well.
  • Now place a nonstick skillet over medium flame and lightly coat it with cooking spray. Then melt little butter in it.
  • Add egg mixture in the skillet and use a rubber spatula to stir the mixture so that it gets scrambled.
  • Take one tortilla and spread 2 tbsp cheese at its center and then add tomato, 1 tbsp of salsa and half of scrambled egg.
  • Now the burrito is ready to be rolled. Use the remaining ingredients to make scrambled egg burritos.
  • Serve immediately.
