Instructions

  • Start by adding 1 dl of oats and 1 and a half dl of water in a bowl and microwave it for about 2 minutes on full heat. You can stop the microwave after 1 minute and stir it around a little bit to make the texture more even.
  • Blend the peanutbutter and proteinpowder of your choice into a "muscle butter" in a separate bowl.
  • Pour the peanutbutter into the oatmeal when finished and blend it around
  • Cut the banana in small pieces into the bowl and add your frozen blueberries. Pour some rice milk/optional milk into the mix and you're done!
