Instructions

  • First, clean the mussels.
  • Take a medium pot and boil wine in it.
  • Then add mussels in the pot. Cover and steam them up so that they open. This might take 3-6 minutes at the most.
  • Allow the mussels to cool once they are opened. Then remove one of the shells from each mussel. Make sure that the remaining shell contains mussel in it.
  • Reserve the mussel broth in a separate bowl.
  • Now take another bowl and mix butter, salt, smoked paprika, garlic and parsley in it.

  • Now spread the above mixture into each mussel.
  • Start arranging the mussels in a tray and keep it in a fridge so that the butter is hard.
  • Set the oven temperature to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the tray containing mussels in the oven for a couple of minutes so that the butter starts to bubble.
  • Remove the mussels from the oven and serve hot.
