Instructions

  • Chop the bell pepper, zucchini and onions very finely and add the squeezed garlic to it
  • Saute the vegetable mixture in a pan for about 7-10 minutes
  • In the meanwhile mix the spices with the egg, the tomato sauce and the minced chicken
  • Add the vegetable to the chicken mixture and mingle
  • The final mixture should not be too wet (if it is to wet you can add some dried breadcrumbs to it)
  • Form the mixture into a loaf and put on baking paper in the oven at 180C or 350F for about 60 minutes
  • Enjoy your very healthy meatloaf!
