Instructions

  • Mix the crushed tomatoes with the squeezed garlic, oregano and add a dash of salt, leave the mixture to rest for a couple of minutes
  • Brown minced chicken in a pan, and get rid of the juices (will also decrease fat in your meal)
  • Add one tablespoon of taco seasoning spices and half a cup of water. Leave it to cook for a few minutes (until the sauce is less watery)
  • Smear the tomato mixture on the whole wheat wraps
  • Divide the chicken mixture over the wraps and put the cheese on top
  • Put the pizza in the oven for about 9 minutes (180C or 360F)
  • In the meanwhile cut the lettuce and the tomatoes and mix up
  • When the pizza is ready, add the lettuce mixture on top
  • You can add some garlic sauce or cocktail sauce on top, I believe there are some great lean recipes for that on Bulkbites!
