Instructions

  • Add peanut butter, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and garlic into a blender and prepare a smooth mixture. When all the ingredients are still blending, add little hot water into them so that you get a mixture of suitable consistency.
  • Take a pot and boil little salted water in it. Now cook noodles in this pot for a few minutes or until it becomes tender. Drain and rinse using cold water. Now transfer the noodles in a bowl and toss the same using sesame oil.
  • Into a bowl containing noodles, add carrots, cucumbers and scallions and toss. Now sprinkle the mixture with sesame and cilantro. The dish is now ready to be served.
