Instructions

  • Take a large skillet and heat some oil in it over medium flame
  • Add shrimps into the skillet and cook for 1 minute. Then turn them over
  • Add minced ginger, zest, lemon juice and broth (or wine) to the pan and cook for couple more minutes. Then add a dash of ground pepper
  • Remove from heat
  • Serve the dish with freshly cooked pasta or other side dish
