Instructions

  • Salt the shrimps and leave to rest for 10 minutes
  • Cook the rice as instructed on the package
  • Chop the beans and cook for about 8 minutes in water with a dash of salt
  • Heat up the olive oil in a pan on medium heat for around 2 minutes
  • Add the garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes, don't let it burn!
  • Add all the spices and stir well for 1.5 min (keep stirring!)
  • Turn up the heat, and add the shrimps. Stir constantly until the shrimps turn pink. Should take no more than 4.5 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat, add the lemon juice and toss
  • You can serve them on a cocktail stick, serve hot.
