Instructions

  • Let the oven be set to 350 degrees F
  • Take 2 foils and place potatoes in it. Then cut them lengthwise (do not entirely cut them)
  • Then add a dash of pepper, salt, potatoes and ½ tsp butter
  • Fold the foil wrap and place it in the oven for at least 40 minutes
  • In the meantime, clean up the mushrooms and steak. Use Mrs dash seasoning to season steak
  • Take a medium sized pan and heat some oil in it
  • Then pan fry the steak for 10 minutes on either side
  • In the meantime, take a skillet (non stick one) and saute some mushrooms
  • Set aside the mushrooms once they are cooked
  • Also set aside the potatoes for a few minutes once they are cooked
  • Then remove steak from the pan and serve alongside potatoes and mushrooms
