Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Take a pan half-filled with water and keep it in the lower rack of the oven for preheating.
- Mix lemon zest, basil, parsley, shallot and other herbs in a bowl. Add olive oil and prepare a paste.
- After you lightly oil the baking tray, place the salmon fillet on the rack with its skin side down.
- Now coat the salmon fillet with herbs to form a thick layer.
- Then bake the salmon fillet in the oven for about 30 minutes.
