Instructions

  • Set the oven temperature to 450 degrees Fahrenheit / 225 degrees Celsius.
  • In a bowl, mix salt, oregano and all purpose flour.
  • In another bowl, place egg whites. Place Panko breadcrumbs in the 3rd bowl.
  • Dip 1 chicken breast in flour mixture. Then dip it in egg whites and panko. Repeat the process with the remaining chicken breasts.
  • Heat a little oil on a pan over medium heat. Add chicken breast to pan and cook for a couple of minutes.
  • Add the remaining oil and turn the chicken breast over and continue to cook for a couple of minutes.
  • Now coat the chicken breast with cooking spray and bake it at the set temperature for about 5 minutes.
  • Turn the chicken breast over. Top the chicken breast with 2 tbsp Parmigiano and 3 tbsp mozzarella cheeses. Continue to bake until the chicken is cooked to perfection.
  • Serve hot.
