Instructions

  • Make some small holes in the potatoes with a fork, and put them in the microwave for about 4-5 minutes
  • Chop the onions and the bell pepper
  • Dice the chicken and bake in the coconut oil
  • Mix all the ingredients except the potatoes
  • Grease the pan or springform
  • Slice the potatoes 1/5 inch thick and cover the sides and the bottom of the springform / pan with the slices
  • Pour the egg mix into the springform/pan
  • Put in the oven for about 45 minutes (175C / 375F)
  • Enjoy!
