Instructions

  • Cut the beef streak into ¼ inch thick strips.
  • Cut the bell pepper into long strips, similar to beef streak.
  • Take a small bowl and combine – oyster sauce, black pepper powder, soy sauce and olive oil. Stir to combine.
  • Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and pour the sauce mixture, cook for 1 minute while stirring.
  • Add sliced beef, stir and cook until beef is brown.
  • Add ½ cup of water stir and cook on low heat until beef is cooked for about 10 minutes.
  • Add bell pepper and onions, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and serve hot.
