Instructions
- Cook brown rice according to package directions.
- Cook carrots, green onions and peas in a nonstick pan coated with cooking spray over a medium heat until they become tender.
- Add garlic and ginger and continue to cook for a couple of minutes.
- Add rice and continue to cook for a few more minutes.
