Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit.
  • Cut the avocado to the half and deseed it.
  • The central hole of the avocado should be big enough to pour one egg. (If it is not then scoop out some avocado to make it big)
  • Arrange the avocado in the baking try; they should not be tilt in the tray.
  • Now crack a small egg in each part of the avocado’s hollow.
  • Sprinkle black pepper and salt on it.
  • Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and enjoy with your choice of seasoning.
