Instructions

  • In a large hand blender jar, add Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon powder and cocoa powder.
  • Combine all the ingredients with the whisk attachment of the blender on low speed.
  • Scrap from the sides and whisk again until the mixture is thick and fluffy.
  • Transfer the mixture to the ice cream moulds or container and freeze for 3-4 hours.
  • Serve with fresh fruits or chocolate shavings.
