- 1 x tbsp, ground Spices, pepper, blackozPer serving 1 g protein 4g carbs 0 g fat
- 1 x tsp Oil, olive, salad or cookingozPer serving 0 g protein 0g carbs 4 g fat
- 1 x cup Coriander (cilantro) leaves, rawozPer serving 0 g protein 0g carbs 0 g fat
- 1 x cup SWANSON BROTH, Vegetable BrothozPer serving 0 g protein 3g carbs 0 g fat

Instructions
- In a deep pan heat olive oil, add onions and saute until translucent.
- Add cumin seeds and chopped mushroom, cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add vegetable broth and barley, bring to a boil.
- Cook for 5 minutes on low heat while stirring occasionally.
- Add chopped cilantro, salt and pepper, cook for 2-3 minutes.
- When all the liquid is absorbed and barley is mixed well with other ingredients, remove from the heat and serve.
