Instructions

  • Take a non-stick pan and sauté onion with olive oil until brown.
  • Add chicken, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add stock and bean sprouts along with butternut slices and green chilies.
  • Let it simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  • Finally add chopped cilantro and lemon juice, remove from the heat.
  • Serve hot with tossed multigrain bread slices.
