Instructions

  • Season the beef with flour, salt and pepper and cook in a deep sauce pan until brown, use oil if sticking in the pan.
  • Add stock to the pan and stir in wine, tomato puree, garlic and marjoram.
  • Mix well and cover tightly to cook over low heat for one hour.
  • Add vegetables and mushrooms continue simmering, cook until vegetables are tender for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and garnish with parsley before serving.
