Instructions

  • Take deep sauce pan and sauté beef with oil until brown.
  • Add chopped onion, garlic, celery, herbs salt and pepper and stir to cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add stock and tomatoes, cover and cook on low heat until tender.
  • Meanwhile steam the vegetables either in a steamer or microwave.
  • When the vegetables are soft, season them with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  • When the beef is cooked through, serve it along with steamed vegetables.
