Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine chicken, cornstarch, sherry and soy sauce.
  • In another bowl, combine honey, oyster sauce, broth, remaining cornstarch and remaining soy sauce.
  • Heat a little oil in a pan placed over medium heat. Add chicken mixture and cook for around 3 minutes and then remove.
  • Again heat a little oil in the pan (placed over medium heat). Add bell pepper, celery and onion and saute for a couple of minutes.
  • Add garlic and ginger and saute for a minute. Add chicken mixture back into the pan and cook for a minute.
  • Now add broth mixture into chicken mixture and bring to a boil. Remove the mixture from heat. Add cashews and green onions. Serve hot.
