Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine chicken breast, green chilies, mozzarella cheese, cumin, chili powder and olives.
  • Heat a pan over medium heat and coat it with cooking spray. Add 1 tortilla to pan and spread chicken mixture (1/2 cup) over it. Now fold the right side of tortilla over filling and cook it for at least a minute.
  • Repeat the above procedure with the remaining tortillas and chicken mixture.
  • Now coat the tortillas with cooking spray and continue cooking in the pan until the cheese melts. Serve the hot tortillas with salsa and sour cream.
