Instructions

  • Marinade the chicken with lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Beat the egg and add it to the chicken and leave it for one hour.
  • After an hour sauté the chicken with sesame oil in a non-stick pan.
  • When the chicken is dry add stock and let it cook over low heat.
  • Meanwhile mix the corn flour with water and add to the chicken while stirring.
  • Let it cook over low heat until the sauce is thick.
  • Remove from the heat and garnish with tossed sesame seeds and lemon wedges.
