Instructions
- Take a small bowl. Add little water, sour cream, ground pepper, salt, lemon juice, mustard and chopped chives and stir well.
- Take 4 serving plates and place one slice of toast on each of these plates with spinach on top of them. Take a large saucepan and boil little water in it. Add little vinegar in it.
