Instructions

  • Wash lettuce cups and then dry them.
  • Bring the water to a boil and add the chopped onions and ground chicken. Boil until the chicken is no longer pink.
  • Drain out the water and mix the ground chicken and onion it with the fish sauce, lime juice and cilantro.
  • Now spoon out the above mixture into the lettuce leaf. To taste, serve the dish with soy sauce.
