You must have known that beef is a rich source of protein and iron; it can boast the protein intake in my diet. In order to get the maximum nutrition out of it, I cook it with healthy ingredients and style, like here in this recipe, beef is cooked with fruits, chickpea and other healthful ingredients.
This is a Moroccan style slow cooker beef meat preparation that infused the fruit juices and spices. This is an extremely healthy one pot beef recipe that offers great taste and wide array of nutrition for maximum muscle growth.
