Instructions

  • Set oven to 400 degrees F (200C)
  • Mix meat with all herbs and spices, form into 3 meat balls
  • Spray skillet with non stick spray and saute the red onions
  • Add the meatballs and cook untill 90% done
  • Slice the hoagie down the middle and add meatballs. Drizzle with 2 tbsp marinara and sprinkle goat cheese. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place around the meatballs. Add fresh parsley.
  • Bake in oven for 8-9 minutes!
