Instructions

  • Finely dice/chop the onions, capsicum, tomatoes and jalapenos.
  • Brown all diced vegetables in a pot with with some olive oil (medium heat)
  • Break apart mince and add to the pot
  • Combine vegetables and mince thoroughly
  • Cook mince until well-browned
  • Add spices and mix well
  • Cover pot and continue to simmer until cooked
  • Separate into containers (approx 200 grams per container = five serves) and freeze
  • When ready to consume, defrost and reheat in microwave, serve on wraps to make a tasty burrito (add hot sauce/sour cream if desired)
