Instructions

  • Cut the fish in big chunks or cubes.
  • In a medium size bowl add mirin sauce, soy sauce, sugar and salmon chunks. Mix well to coat the fish with marinade and set aside for at least 30 minutes.
  • Meanwhile prepare the salad by chopping the salad ingredients.
  • Heat a non stick pan over medium heat and cook the salmon chunks for 2 minute each side or until crispy.
  • Pour vinegar and any remaining marinade to the pan and cook until thick for about a minute.
  • Transfer the fish to the bowl of salad and mix well.
  • Serve at room temperature.
