Instructions
- Heat a non stick pan over medium heat
- Add peanut butter, carrots, green onions, cabbage,salt and black pepper, saute for 1-2 minutes.
- Shred the chicken in small pieces.
- Add shredded chicken, vinegar, red chili powder, salt and soy sauce.
- Mix and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove from the heat.
- Warm the tortillas as per the package instruction.
