These fats are good for bodybuilders and build stamina for lifting weights.
This recipe is a unique mix of chicken and peanut butter. Whole wheat tortillas add useful carbs to this preparation. Easy to make wraps are handy and can be packed in the tiffin for your lunch. A perfect no fuss recipe for a bodybuilder.

Instructions

  • Heat a non stick pan over medium heat
  • Add peanut butter, carrots, green onions, cabbage,salt and black pepper, saute for 1-2 minutes.
  • Shred the chicken in small pieces.
  • Add shredded chicken, vinegar, red chili powder, salt and soy sauce.
  • Mix and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat.
  • Warm the tortillas as per the package instruction.
  • Spoon one table spoon of chicken mixture on the tortillas and roll up tightly.
  • Serve hot or cold, as you like with tomato sauce.
