Instructions

  • Remove the stalks from the Swiss chard and mustard leaves. Wash all the vegetables thoroughly and chop them together.
  • Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add chopped vegetables, stir and cook until wilted.
  • Add salt and pepper, cover and cook until soft and tender.
  • When the vegetables are cooked and all the liquid is absorbed, remove from the heat and add crumbled goat cheese before serving.
