Instructions
- Set the oven temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta shells in it for about 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, mix parsley, mozzarella, parmesan, eggs and ricotta in a large bowl.
- After draining shells, run cold water over it to stop the cooking process.
- Add about 3 tbsp of ricotta mixture into each cooked shell and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Spread the bottom of casserole dish with pasta sauce so that it covers it completely.
- Place the stuffed shells in the casserole dish close to each other. Pour the remaining sauce over the shells.
- Bake the shells for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
