Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a medium saucepan.
  • Add a pinch of salt and chopped onion into the saucepan and cook until the onion becomes tender and translucent.
  • Now lower the heat. Add corn and the beans and stir them in for about 1 minute or until they become tender.
  • Take a large bowl and transfer cooked ingredients into it. Toss it with lemon juice and tomatoes.
  • Now sprinkle black pepper, basil and feta on top and serve immediately.
