Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degree Fahrenheit. Prick the sweet potato with fork from all sides.
  • Put the whole sweet potato in the oven and bake until soft from inside.
  • Meanwhile mix tuna with cheese, cucumber, onion, salt and pepper.
  • When the sweet potato is baked remove from the oven and slit lengthwise.
  • Fill the tuna mixture into the sweet potato up to top.
  • Serve immediately.
