Instructions

  • Heat the grill pan or a small skillet over medium heat.
  • Place the buttered side of bread on the warm skillet.
  • Now layer the bread using half cheese. Follow it up with apples and the remaining cheese.
  • Then top it with bread, with the buttered side on the top side.
  • Now grill for a couple of minutes per side so that they become golden brown.
  • Remove from grill and serve it with Dijon.
